    It’s time for our traditional X’mas dinner! Capon, roast ham, stuffing, chutneys, stollen, trifle, panettone,…. All the scrumptious dishes that we love! Why can’t we have X’mas every day ?!

    Main courses:
    • Capon en serviette; Mushroom cognac gravy
    • Confit turkey; Orange mustard glaze
    • Honey roasted ham; Caramelised cranberry apple sauce; Pear saffron chutney

    • Pork apple apricot merguez stuffing
    • Brussels sprouts with pancetta, chestnuts
    • Crispy parsnips
    • Roast potatoes with chilli turmeric

    • Stollen parfait yulog
    • Orange chocolate panettone bread and butter pudding cake
    • Black forest christmas trifle
