    The Perfect Match Gourmets Society Inaugural Dinner 18.05.2024

    At this inaugural dinner for discerning food and wine gourmets, I’m picking out some precious single bottles from my cellar for the perfect match.

    From vintage Barolo and Rioja to rare coffee Pinotage, we will savour these wines with a specially created meal that is worthy of their exceptional qualities.

    Trout gravelax, celery remoulade
    Suez vintage 2015, Riesling brut nature, Reichrat von Buhl, Deidesheim, Germany

    Oyster chowder
    Champagne Apollonis, cuvée Meunier, blanc de noir brut,  Michel Loriot, Festigny, France

    Stuffed cabbage with Guinea fowl confit
    Diego Pressenda 2013, Barolo, La Torricella, Italy

    Roast leg of milk lamb, ratatouille

    Double chocolate tiramisu
